We designed and developed a new management system for The Graham Care Group, combining management tools for staff with an readable and interactive up-to-date information for family and friends.
Unlike other similar systems for care homes, ours is all about transparency. Relatives of residents can log in and see all the information and updates in real time, the same as the staff. They can even add comments and ask questions using the system itself.
The system also gives staff a lot more tools, and are able to keep records of residents up-to-date using mobile devices wherever they are in the home. Our system monitors many important aspects of a residents care such as their hydration levels and also ensures that a resident has two key staff members looking after them at any given time.
